DIRECTIONS

Serving size: 30g (1 level scoop)     Servings per 900g pouch:30 Mix 30g (1 level scoop) with water or milk, dilute to taste. Drink 1 to 4 servings daily depending on training requirement. For best results: Consume immediately (within 30 minutes) post training or exercise.
